What is Ozella?

An online beauty store with no membership and no markup. We buy the brands you already love directly at trade prices and pass them straight to you, without the counter markup, the fancy packaging or the middlemen.

Do I need to join or subscribe?

No. Anyone can shop. There is no membership, no subscription and no minimum spend. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders.

How are the prices so low? What’s the catch?

No catch. We buy at trade price from established UK suppliers and add a small margin, far lower than the high street. No counters, no glossy packaging, no middlemen.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. 100% genuine, every time. Everything is sourced from established UK suppliers. Same brands, same products you’d find on the high street.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £1.95, or free on orders over £30. We dispatch within 2 working days, then Royal Mail Tracked usually delivers within 1 to 3 working days, so most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days. We do not offer next-day delivery: slower, cheaper post is one of the ways we keep prices low.

When do new products drop?

Most mornings. We buy what the trade has available that week rather than carrying a permanent range, so the shop changes constantly. Keep an eye on “Latest drops” on the homepage.

Will you restock something that has sold out?

Probably not, and we will never promise it. Stock is limited by design: if a line sells out it may come back if the trade has it again, but often it will not. If you want something, buy it while it is there.
